PURCHASE OF APPLICATION FORM: 

Subject Matter: Purchase of Forms for Post UTME Screening: This is to inform all prospective candidates for admission into Cross River State College of Nursing and Midwifery Sciences, Itigidi that forms for post-UMTE screening are available at the College Registry on payment of non-refundable fee of twenty thousand naira (N20, 000) only into Account No: 2037884057 (College Utility Account) domiciled in First Bank Plc and evidence of payment tendered at the Bursary department of the College where handling charges of ten thousand naira (N10,000) only shall be paid cash for issuance of receipts to cover all payments made.

Eligibility to purchase the form(s):

•   Applicants who chose the College as first or second choice at JAMB Examination of 2023 with aggregate score of not less than 150

  Applicants with evidence(s) of change of Institution/Course to reflect the name of the College with 2023 JAMB aggregate score of not less than 150. 

RETURN OF APPLICATION FORM:

Completed application forms must be returned to the Registrar of the College accompanied with photocopies of all relevant credentials a week before the aptitude test/Oral interview date.

PROGRAM DURATION:

ND/HND nursing program is four (4) years.

26th – 28th September 2023 at 8am prompt each day.
